* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 8 INCHES ARE LIKELY WITH LOCALLY
  HIGHER SNOW ACCUMULATIONS.

* WIND...NORTHEAST 10 TO 20 MPH TONIGHT BECOMING NORTH AT 20 TO
  25 MPH SATURDAY.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITY WILL FALL TO 1/4 MILE IN PERIODS OF HEAVY
  SNOW. ROAD CONDITIONS WILL BE HAZARDOUS...ESPECIALLY OVERNIGHT
  TONIGHT AS TEMPERATURES FALL INTO THE LOWER 30S.
