THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SPOKANE HAS CANCELLED THE ICE
STORM WARNING FOR THE SPOKANE AND COEUR D`ALENE AREA.

TEMPERATURES OVER MOST OF THE METRO HAVE WARMED INTO THE LOWER TO
MID 30S. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A FEW POCKETS OF FREEZING RAIN IN
THE FAR NORTHERN PARTS OF TOWN, NO ADDITIONAL ICE ACCUMULATION IS
EXPECTED TODAY. MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR TREACHEROUS
DRIVING CONDITIONS THIS MORNING. UNTREATED OR UNPLOWED STREETS
WILL BE SLUSHY AND ICY THIS MORNING.

* TIMING...BANDS OF LIGHT TO MODERATE FREEZING RAIN WILL MOVE
  THROUGH CENTRAL WASHINGTON DURING THE EARLY TO MID MORNING

* IMPACTS...AREAS AROUND MOSES LAKE AND OTHELLO LIKELY RECEIVED
  OVER A QUARTER INCH OVERNIGHT. ROADS WILL BE VERY ICY THIS
