...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...

The National Weather Service in Pocatello has cancelled the
Winter Weather Advisory.

Very light snow fell overnight across the Snake Plain. Little to
no additional snowfall is expected the rest of the morning,
therefore the warning is cancelled. IF any snow develops, it will
have little to no impact on travel.

The National Weather Service in Pocatello has cancelled the
Winter Weather Advisory.

Less snowfall has occurred in the Sawtooths and surrounding areas
that forecast so far. Additional snowfall will be light and likely
not creating significant impacts in these areas. Therefore, the
advisory is cancelled.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM MST THIS
EVENING...

* IMPACTS...Difficult travel due to slick roads is expected
  especially on any passes and lesser traveled roads ABOVE 6500
  feet near the Wyoming border.

* TIMING...Occasional snowfall will continue through the rest of today.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...Additional 2 to 4 inches above 6500ft for
  locations mentioned above, with less than 2 inches elsewhere.

* CONFIDENCE...Moderate on snow amounts and timing.

* LOCATIONS...Mountains from south of Island Park through Teton
  County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A winter weather advisory for snow and blowing snow means that
periods of snow and blowing snow may cause travel difficulties.
Be prepared for snow covered roads and limited visibilities, and
remember to take it slow in the snow.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...Additional 2 to 4 inches ABOVE 6000 feet
with lower amounts in valley locations.

* CONFIDENCE...Moderate to high confidence on timing, amounts and
  impacts.

* LOCATIONS...Pine Creek Pass south to the Utah border including
Highways 26 and 30.
