* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL OVERSPREAD THE AREA BY 9 AM AND TAPER
  OFF BY 2 PM.

* IMPACTS...UNTREATED ROADS MAY BECOME SNOW COVERED AND HAZARDOUS
