   ARKANSAS...WASHINGTON...MADISON...CRAWFORD...SEBASTIAN AND
   FRANKLIN.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER...
 * SNOW WILL INCREASE IN COVERAGE AND INTENSITY THIS MORNING.
   ACROSS SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...SNOW WILL MIX WITH...OR CHANGE TO
   LIGHT SLEET AND LIGHT FREEZING RAIN LATER THIS AFTERNOON.

 * 1 TO 3 INCHES OF SNOW IS EXPECTED...MAINLY ACROSS NORTHEAST
   OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS. A THIN COATING OF ICE WILL
   LIKELY DEVELOP ACROSS PARTS OF SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA THAT SEE THE
   CHANGEOVER TO LIGHT FREEZING RAIN.
