THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE ESPECIALLY ACROSS THE NORTH MIDLANDS
AND PEE DEE. MAIN THREAT DAMAGING WINDS DUE TO PRECIPITATION
LOADING. LOCALIZED FLOODING POSSIBLE.
