CARIBOU...WHICH IS 3.18 INCHES ABOVE NORMAL. IT NOW RANKS AS THE
3RD WETTEST JULY ON RECORD BEHIND ONLY 2011 AND 2013. THE ALL-TIME
WETTEST JULY WAS OBSERVED IN 2011 WITH 7.96 INCHES OF RAIN.

AT BANGOR...A TOTAL OF 6.78 INCHES OF RAIN HAS BEEN OBSERVED SO
FAR THIS MONTH...WHICH IS 3.55 INCHES ABOVE NORMAL. IT ALSO RANKS
AS THE 3RD WETTEST JULY ON RECORD AT BANGOR BEHIND ONLY 1951 AND 1983.
