AND INTO WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA TODAY. HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.2
INCHES WILL THEN BUILD INTO NORTHERN ONTARIO PROVINCE AND QUEBEC
TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY BEFORE MOVING TO THE CANADIAN MARITIMES
BY THURSDAY WHILE STRENGTHENING TO 30.4 INCHES. A STRONG COLD FRONT
WILL CROSS THE EASTERN LAKES LATE ON FRIDAY WITH INCREASING WINDS
AND BUILDING WAVES THROUGH SATURDAY.
