THE FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF OHIO AND NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA
WILL EXPIRE AT 4 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING. LIGHT RAIN SHOWERS WILL
GRADUALLY COME TO AN END FROM WEST TO EAST TODAY. ADDITIONAL
RAINFALL WILL GENERALLY BE LESS THAN TWO TENTHS OF AN
INCH...MAINLY ACROSS NORTHEAST OHIO AND NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA.
RISES ON RIVERS AND CREEKS MAY STILL OCCUR AS RUNOFF FROM
YESTERDAYS RAIN MOVES INTO AREA WATERWAYS. STAY AWAY FROM SWIFT
MOVING WATER AND AVOID DRIVING THROUGH FLOODED ROADWAYS.
