...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR LAKE...GEAUGA AND
EASTERN CUYAHOGA COUNTIES UNTIL 300 AM EDT...

AT 1154 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED NO
RAINFALL OVER THE WARNING AREA. MUCH OF THE WATER HAS MOVED INTO
AREA CREEKS AND RIVERS WITH A FEW LOW LYING AREAS STILL HOLDING A
BIT OF WATER. THE RIVERS AND CREEKS ARE LIKELY CLOSE TO CRESTING AND
WILL BEGIN SO SLOWLY FALL THROUGH 3 AM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF DRIVING...SLOW DOWN! BE ALERT FOR LOW
SPOTS...DIPS...AND UNDERPASSES WHICH MAY BE FLOODED. PEOPLE IN LOW
LYING AREAS ALONG CREEKS AND STREAMS SHOULD MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO
ESCAPE RISING WATER LEVELS.
