...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 630 PM EDT FOR
SOUTHWESTERN CRAWFORD COUNTY...

AT 418 PM EDT...HEAVY RAIN HAS DRIFTED OUT OF THE WARNED AREA. UP TO
THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN FROM THESE STORMS. FLASH FLOODING IS
STILL POSSIBLE AS THE RUNOFF CAUSES AREA STREAMS AND CREEKS
TO FLOOD. THE HEAVIEST RAIN FELL IN COCHRANTON.
