THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  CENTRAL SUMMIT COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN OHIO...

* UNTIL 430 PM EDT

* AT 234 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO SLOW
  MOVING  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN THE
  ADVISORY AREA.   UP TO 1.75 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN.
  ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE BETWEEN 240 PM AND 340
  PM OVER AKRON AND FAIRLAWN.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
