AT 815 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE
WESTERN BASIN OF LAKE ERIE. THESE STORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THEY WERE MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
