AT 627 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS.
THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS WERE OVER THE OPEN WATERS WELL NORTH OF
RENO BEACH...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 KNOTS... TOWARD THE ISLANDS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
