AT 529 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS AND SMALL
HAIL. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE OVER THE OPEN WATERS NORTH OF ERIE
AND ASHTABULA...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 45 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
