CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED 9 NM SOUTHEAST OF BOLLES HARBOR OF REFUGE...MOVING SOUTHEAST
AT 15 KNOTS. WATERSPOUTS MAY ALSO BE POSSIBLE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
