AT 816 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 16 NM NORTH OF
AVON POINT TO 7 NM SOUTHEAST OF WESTERN VERMILION...MOVING EAST AT 25
KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
CLEVELAND...AVON POINT...LORAIN HARBOR AND VERMILION.
