AFTERNOON UNTIL CONDITIONS IMPROVE.

BOATERS NEED TO REDUCE YOUR SPEED...AND KEEP A LOOKOUT FOR OTHER
VESSELS...BUOYS...AND BREAKWATERS. KEEP YOUR NAVIGATION LIGHTS ON.
