NEARSHORE AND OPEN WATERS FROM MAUMEE BAY OH TO THE ISLANDS OH...

AT 643 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 24 NM SOUTH
OF LUNA PIER TO NEAR NORTH CAPE...MOVING NORTH AT 20 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS
