OPEN WATERS FROM MAUMEE BAY OH TO AVON POINT OH...

AT 113 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE
LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 29 NM SOUTHEAST OF ST CLAIR
FLATS OLD CHANNEL LIGHT TO LUNA PIER...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE
HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.

INTENSE LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS. IF CAUGHT ON THE
