THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS AND SMALL
HAIL. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 9
NM NORTHWEST OF MONROE HARBOR TO 19 NM SOUTHWEST OF NORTH CAPE...
MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
