  SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT AND INTO TUESDAY.

* WAVES/SEAS...WAVES WILL BUILD TO 3 TO 6 FEET FOR THIS AFTERNOON
  AND BUILD FURTHER TO 5 TO 7 FEET FOR TUESDAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

INEXPERIENCED MARINERS... ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
