  AFTERNOON...SHIFTING TO THE WEST AT 15 TO 20 KNOTS TONIGHT.
  WEST-NORTHWEST WINDS WILL BE 15 TO 25 KNOTS INTO THURSDAY.

* WAVES...3 TO 6 FEET.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN WAVES OF 4 FEET OR MORE ARE
EXPECTED OR WIND SPEEDS REACH 21 TO 33 KNOTS WHICH MAY PRODUCE
