...STRONG WINDS DEVELOPING ON MONDAY...

.A DEEPENING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER LOWER MICHIGAN WILL CONTINUE
TO MOVE QUICKLY NORTHEAST TODAY DRAGGING A STRONG COLD FRONT EAST
ACROSS THE LOCAL AREA. SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL GUST TO 45 TO 50 MPH
ALONG THE LAKESHORE FROM PAINESVILLE TO ERIE THIS MORNING.
STRONGER SOUTHWEST WINDS ARE THEN EXPECTED BEHIND THE COLD FRONT
THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. WIND GUSTS COULD EXCEED 60 MPH ACROSS
NORTHWEST AND NORTH-CENTRAL OHIO. SCATTERED SHOWERS MAY ENHANCE
THE THREAT OF DAMAGING WINDS ALONG THE FRONT.

WIND WATCH.

* WINDS...SOUTHEAST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 45 TO 50
  MPH ARE EXPECTED THIS MORNING. WINDS WILL BECOME SOUTHWEST
  BEHIND A COLD FRONT THIS AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE TO GUST TO MORE
  THAN 45 MPH. WINDS WILL EVENTUALLY DIMINISH THIS EVENING.

* IMPACTS...WINDS MAY BRING DOWN A FEW POWER LINES AND TREE LIMBS
  AND BLOW AROUND LOOSE OBJECTS. THE POTENTIAL EXISTS FOR STRONGER
  WINDS MONDAY AFTERNOON THAT COULD CAUSE DAMAGE.

THIS EVENING. THE HIGH WIND WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* WINDS...SOUTHERLY WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS ARE
  EXPECTED THROUGH MID MORNING. WINDS WILL BECOME SOUTHWEST BEHIND
  A COLD FRONT AND INCREASE TO 25 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 60 MPH
  THIS AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL BEGIN TO DIMINISH AFTER SUNSET.

* TIMING...THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON.
