.PLENTY OF LOW LEVEL MOISTURE...LIGHT WINDS AND A DECREASE IN
CLOUDS ALLOWED SOME DENSE FOG TO FORM. WIDESPREAD VISIBILITIES OF
A QUARTER MILE OR LESS WILL OCCUR ESPECIALLY AT INLAND LOCATIONS
BUT EVEN ALONG THE LAKESHORE. SOME CLOUDS WILL BE MOVING IN
THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS AND THAT MAY IMPROVE THE
VISIBILITIES ESPECIALLY WEST OF ERIE AND MEADVILLE.

ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EDT THIS MORNING.

* VISIBILITIES...WIDESPREAD A QUARTER MILE OR LESS ESPECIALLY AT
  INLAND LOCATIONS.

* TIMING...THROUGH THE MORNING COMMUTE.

* IMPACTS...WILL SLOW TRAVEL.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN DENSE FOG WILL SUBSTANTIALLY
REDUCE VISIBILITIES, RESULTING IN HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS IN
SOME AREAS. MOTORISTS ARE ADVISED TO USE CAUTION AND SLOW DOWN,
AS OBJECTS ON AND NEAR ROADWAYS WILL BE SEEN ONLY AT CLOSE RANGE.
