URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE

...Strong gusty winds will develop late this afternoon into
tonight...

.A strong cold front will produce wind gusts as high as 50 mph
late this afternoon into tonight along the lakeshore and
extending across northeast Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania. The
strongest winds will occur near Lake Erie.

...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EST MONDAY...

* Winds...West 20 to 30 mph except as high as 40 mph along the
  Lake Erie shoreline...becoming northwest. Winds will gust as
  high as 50 mph.

* Timing...Increasing this evening and overnight with the peak
  winds occurring from 7 PM to 11 PM.

* Impacts...local wind damage is possible such as downed tree
  branches and power lines. Loose objects should be secured.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory is issued for sustained winds of 31 to 39 mph or
gusts between 46 and 57 mph. Winds of this magnitude can cause
minor property damage without extra precautions. Motorists should
use caution especially motorists in high profile vehicles.
