MORNING...

.LOW PRESSURE LOCATED NEAR TOLEDO WILL UNDERGO RAPID DEEPENING
TONIGHT AS IT TRACKS NORTHEAST INTO QUEBEC. THE TRAILING COLD
FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE FORECAST AREA THIS EVENING BRINGING A
WINDOW OF VERY STRONG WINDS. SOME OF THESE WINDS MAY INITIALLY BE
BROUGHT TO THE SURFACE ALONG A LINE OF SHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS
THAT WILL MAINLY EFFECT AREAS EAST OF INTERSTATE 71. GUSTY
WESTERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE IN THE WAKE OF THE COLD FRONT AND
PEAK THIS EVENING. WINDS WILL REMAIN STRONG INTO CHRISTMAS MORNING
ALONG THE NORTHEAST LAKESHORE.

ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EST THURSDAY. THE HIGH
WIND WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

* WINDS...WINDS WILL SHIFT TO THE SOUTHWEST BEHIND A COLD FRONT
  THIS EVENING AND INCREASE TO 20 TO 30 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS UP
  TO 50 MPH.

* TIMING...THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL OCCUR THROUGH MIDNIGHT AFTER
  THE PASSAGE OF THE COLD FRONT.

* IMPACTS...WINDS OF THIS MAGNITUDE COULD MAKE TRAVEL DIFFICULT
  FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. SOME POWER OUTAGES MAY BE POSSIBLE.
