A FEW COLD SPOTS IN NORTHEAST OHIO HAD READINGS AROUND 25 BELOW.
NEAR ROAMING SHORES IN ASHTABULA COUNTY THE MERCURY DROPPED TO 26
BELOW AND SOUTH OF CONNEAUT IT WAS 23 BELOW.

NORMAL LOWS ARE IN THE LOWER 20S.
