IT WAS A VERY COLD MORNING ACROSS NORTHERN OHIO AND NORTHWEST
PENNSYLVANIA.

THE COLDEST LOWS WERE OVER NORTHEAST OHIO AND NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA
WHERE THE WINDS WERE LIGHTEST AND SKIES WERE MOSTLY CLEAR THE
LONGEST.

LOWS GENERALLY RANGED FROM AROUND 5 BELOW OVER NORTHWEST
OHIO...AROUND 10 BELOW OVER NORTH CENTRAL OHIO AND 10 TO 20 BELOW
OVER NORTHEAST OHIO AND NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA.

HOWEVER...SOME MUCH COLDER READINGS WERE REPORTED AT TYPICAL COLD
SPOTS. SOME UNOFFICIAL LOWS WERE 24 BELOW IN PIERPONT IN ASHTABULA
COUNTY...29 BELOW 10 MILES SOUTH OF CONNEAUT AND 32 BELOW NEAR
ROAMING SHORES IN ASHTABULA COUNTY.

IN HATCH HOLLOW IN SOUTHEAST ERIE COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA THE MERCURY
DROPPED TO 32 BELOW.

TONIGHT WILL NOT BE AS COLD WITH LOWS GENERALLY ZERO TO 5 ABOVE.
NORMAL LOWS ARE IN THE LOWER 20S.
