SEVERAL LOCATIONS ACROSS NORTHERN OHIO AND NORTHWESTERN
PENNSYLVANIA REMAIN SATURATED FROM RAINFALL THAT OCCURRED FRIDAY
NIGHT INTO SATURDAY. WHILE NO SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL IS EXPECTED
TODAY IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME TO GET WATER TO DRAIN FROM LOW LYING
AREAS. TRAVEL ON ROADWAYS NEAR ANY CREEKS AND STREAMS MAY BE
HINDERED THROUGH THE DAY. IF YOU ENCOUNTER ANY HIGH WATER OR ROAD
CLOSURE BARRICADES PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS AND DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH
WATER OF AN UNKNOWN DEPTH. TURN AROUND DONT DROWN.

ADDITIONAL MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE MONDAY
AFTERNOON THROUGH TUESDAY. ANY RAINFALL WILL QUICKLY RUNOFF SINCE
THE GROUND IS SO WET. IF YOU LIVE NEAR A CREEK...STREAM OR LOW
LYING AREA THAT FLOODS EASILY BE SURE TO MONITOR WEATHER FORECASTS
CLOSELY AND BE PREPARED FOR ADDITIONAL FLOODING.
