* At 502 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Kinsman to near North Bloomfield to South
  Russell, moving east at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect damage to
           trees and power lines.
