AT 409 PM EDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED NEAR
WATTSBURG...OR 22 MILES SOUTHEAST OF ERIE...MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.
ANOTHER STORM WAS LOCATED NORTHWEST OF UNION CITY MOVING EAST AT 15
MPH.

HAZARD...60 MPH WIND GUSTS AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL.
