URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

.LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE ACROSS THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES TODAY WITH
INCREASING MOISTURE AND WARMTH AHEAD OF IT. THIS WILL ALLOW FOR A
PERIOD OF LIGHT SNOW TO DEVELOP THIS MORNING AND THEN GRADUALLY
CHANGE OVER TO RAIN DURING THE AFTERNOON. THE TRANSITION PERIOD
BETWEEN THE RAIN AND SNOW MAY TAKE 2 TO 6 HOURS TO OCCUR...DURING
WHICH TIME THERE WILL BE A MIX OF SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN.
ACCUMULATIONS OF SLEET AND SNOW WILL BE MAINLY AN INCH OR LESS
WITH ICE ACCUMULATIONS REMAINING A TENTH OF AN INCH OR LESS.
