THIS EVENING...

.STILL SOME QUESTION HOW MUCH IMPACT THE SNOW BAND WILL HAVE IN
LAKE AND ASHTABULA COUNTIES. IN LAKE COUNTY THE THREAT WILL BE
MAINLY NORTHEAST OF PAINESVILLE AND IN ASHTABULA COUNTY NORTH OF
JEFFERSON. IT WILL HAVE SOME IMPACT IN ERIE COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA...
MAINLY OVER THE NORTHERN THIRD AS THE BAND TRIES TO MOVE INLAND
OVERNIGHT. SNOWFALL RATES CAN BE 1 TO POSSIBLY 2 INCHES AN
HOUR...ESPECIALLY IN PENNSYLVANIA.

WEDNESDAY...

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO LOCALLY 10 INCHES.

* TIMING...SNOW IS OCCURRING ALONG THE LAKESHORE. THE SNOW BAND
  THAT IS OVER THE LAKE IS EXPECTED TO MOVE INLAND LATE THIS
  EVENING AND THEN MOVE BACK OUT OVER THE LAKE LATE TONIGHT. THE
  HIGHEST INTENSITY OF THE SNOW WILL BE EARLY TONIGHT.

* WEST WINDS 20 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH CAUSING BLOWING
  AND DRIFTING SNOW. WINDS WILL DIMINISH LATE TONIGHT.

* IMPACTS...ROADS WILL BE OR BECOME SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY.
  VISIBILITY WILL BE GREATLY REDUCED...ESPECIALLY IN THE HEAVY
  SNOW BANDS AND DURING BLOWING SNOW. NEAR BLIZZARD CONDITIONS
  ARE POSSIBLE IN THE HEAVY SNOW BANDS.

IN LAKE EFFECT SNOW THE WEATHER CAN VARY FROM LOCALLY HEAVY SNOW
IN NARROW BANDS TO CLEAR SKIES JUST A FEW MILES AWAY. IF YOU WILL
BE TRAVELING ACROSS THE REGION BE PREPARED FOR RAPID CHANGES IN
