...LAKE EFFECT SNOW WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 3 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
7 AM EST WEDNESDAY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A LAKE
EFFECT SNOW WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 3 PM THIS AFTERNOON
TO 7 AM EST WEDNESDAY. THE LAKE EFFECT SNOW WATCH IS NO LONGER IN
EFFECT.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...WIDESPREAD 3 TO 6 INCHES THROUGH LATE THIS
  AFTERNOON. ADDITIONAL LAKE EFFECT SNOW OF A FOOT OR MORE
  EXPECTED LOCALLY TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT.

* TIMING...LIGHT TO MODERATE WIDESPREAD SNOW WILL TAPER OFF BY MID
  AFTERNOON THEN LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS WILL DEVELOP AND
  CONTINUE UNTIL TAPERING OFF LATE TUESDAY NIGHT.

* WEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 20 TO 25 MPH BY TONIGHT WITH GUSTS
  TO 35 MPH CAUSING BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW. WINDS WILL DIMINISH
  TUESDAY NIGHT.

* IMPACTS...ROADS WILL BE SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY. VISIBILITY
  WILL BE GREATLY REDUCED...ESPECIALLY WHEN BLOWING SNOW OCCURS.
