EFFECT SNOW ADVISORY.

THE SNOW SHOWERS WERE DECREASING QUICKLY...ADDITIONAL SNOWFALL
WILL RANGE FROM NONE UP TO AN INCH. MOTORISTS WILL STILL NEED TO
USE CAUTION IF THEY ENCOUNTER SLIPPERY ROADS.

* IMPACTS...UNTREATED SURFACES WILL REMAIN SNOW COVERED AND
  SLIPPERY. VISIBILITIES WILL DROP BELOW ONE MILE IN THE HEAVIER
  SNOW SHOWERS.
