* TIMING...SNOW WILL CONTINUE TODAY AND INTO TONIGHT. THE SNOW IS
  EXPECTED TO DIMINISH AFTER MIDNIGHT.

* PERIOD OF MOST INTENSE SNOW...SHORTLY AFTER SUNRISE TO EARLY
  AFTERNOON WITH ANOTHER INCREASE OF SNOW RATES POSSIBLE DURING
  THE EVENING. SNOWFALL RATES COULD APPROACH AN INCH PER HOUR AT
  TIMES.

* SNOW ENDING...GRADUALLY FROM WEST TO EAST TONIGHT.

* IMPACTS...SNOW WILL BE THE MAIN THREAT DURING THIS EVENT.
  HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO REDUCED
  VISIBILITY FROM THE SNOW AND SNOW ACCUMULATION. LIGHT WINDS WILL
  LIMIT THE POTENTIAL FOR BLOWING AND DRIFTING.
