.A BAND OF LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL DEVELOP OVER LAKE ERIE OVERNIGHT
INTO THURSDAY. THE BAND WILL PUSH INLAND INTO EXTREME NORTHEAST
OHIO AND NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA THURSDAY AFTERNOON. THE SNOW WILL
CONTINUE THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT AND GRADUALLY END FROM THE WEST ON
FRIDAY.

* SNOW BEGINNING...THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

* PERIOD OF MOST INTENSE SNOW...THURSDAY NIGHT

* IMPACTS...SNOW COULD POSSIBLY ACCUMULATE RAPIDLY WHERE LAKE
  EFFECT SNOW BANDS PERSIST. VISIBILITY COULD BE SHARPLY REDUCED
  AND UNTREATED SURFACES COULD POSSIBLY QUICKLY BECOME SNOW
  COVERED AND SLIPPERY.
