SNOW WILL DEVELOP TONIGHT AND TRANSITION TO LAKE EFFECT SNOW BY
WEDNESDAY EVENING ACROSS THE SNOWBELT OF NORTHEAST OHIO AND
NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA AS ARCTIC AIR SPREADS ACROSS LAKE ERIE. THE
LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL TAPER OFF LATE THURSDAY.

THURSDAY AFTERNOON...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A LAKE
EFFECT SNOW WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH
THURSDAY AFTERNOON FOR THE SNOWBELT OF EXTREME NORTHEAST OHIO AND
NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 6 TO 14 INCHES ARE
  POSSIBLE. THE HIGHEST AMOUNTS WILL PROBABLY OCCUR ACROSS INLAND
  ERIE COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA.

* TIMING...SNOW LATE TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY WILL TRANSITION TO
  LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS AND SQUALLS BY WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND
  CONTINUE INTO THURSDAY.

* IMPACTS...SNOW COVERED ROADS AND REDUCED VISIBILITY DURING
  HEAVIER SNOW SHOWERS AND SQUALLS.

* WINDS...WEST GENERALLY 10 TO 20 MPH. GUSTS OF 25 TO 30 MPH ARE
  POSSIBLE ALONG THE LAKE ERIE LAKESHORE.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE 20S ON WEDNESDAY DROPPING TO NEAR 10 BY
  THURSDAY MORNING.

A LAKE EFFECT SNOW WATCH MEANS THAT SIGNIFICANT WINTER WEATHER IS
