URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...HEAVY SNOW POSSIBLE SUNDAY INTO MONDAY MORNING...

.A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL TRACK OUT OF THE SOUTHERN PLAINS ON
SUNDAY AND MERGE WITH ANOTHER SYSTEM DROPPING SOUTHEAST OUT OF
CANADA. SNOW WILL BEGIN EARLY SUNDAY MORNING AND CONTINUE THROUGH
THE DAY ON SUNDAY. SNOW WILL BE HEAVY AT TIMES ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON
AND SUNDAY EVENING. SNOW WILL TAPER OFF FROM WEST TO EAST LATE
SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY MORNING. HEAVY SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 8
INCHES OR MORE ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA. THERE
REMAINS SOME UNCERTAINTY IN THE TRACK OF THIS STORM WHICH WILL
HAVE AN EFFECT ON WHERE THE HEAVIEST SNOW WILL FALL.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...8 TO 10 INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE.

* SNOW BEGINNING...SNOW WILL DEVELOP OVER THE AREA LATE SATURDAY
  NIGHT INTO EARLY SUNDAY MORNING.

* PERIOD OF MOST INTENSE SNOW...THE HEAVIEST SNOW WILL FALL ON
  SUNDAY AFTERNOON.

* SNOW ENDING...THE STORM WILL PULL AWAY TO THE EAST ON MONDAY
  WITH SNOW TAPERING OFF EARLY MONDAY MORNING.

* WINDS...BECOMING NORTHEAST DURING THE DAY SUNDAY GRADUALLY
  INCREASING FROM 10 TO 20 MPH...BECOMING NORTH 15 TO 25 MPH WITH
  GUSTS AROUND 30 MPH SUNDAY NIGHT. THIS WILL RESULT IN BLOWING
  AND DRIFTING OF SNOW.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO
  REDUCED VISIBILITY AND SNOW ACCUMULATION.
