FLURRIES WILL LINGER EARLY THIS MORNING BUT NO ADDITIONAL SNOW
ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED. SOME DRIFTING SNOW IS LIKELY WITH
NORTHEAST WINDS OF 10 TO 15 MPH THIS MORNING. WIND CHILLS WILL BE
