URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...Slippery conditions expected to develop overnight through
Thursday morning...

.Colder air will return from the north overnight dropping
temperatures to near or just below freezing. Temperatures aloft
however may remain above freezing, especially along and south of a
line from Marion to to Medina to Warren where mainly freezing
rain is expected to develop. Further to the north, mainly snow is
expected although a wintry mix also will be possible at times.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 1 PM EST
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Light rain will continue to move into the area this
  evening and overnight. As temperatures fall back towards
  freezing shortly after midnight, the rain will change to a mix
  of freezing rain and sleet along with a chance of snow. Total
  wet snow and sleet accumulations of up to an inch and ice
  accumulations of a light glaze are expected.

* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast and northwest
  Ohio.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 1 PM EST Thursday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on the possibility of slippery road
  conditions, especially on bridges and overpasses, including
  during the morning commute on Thursday. Be prepared for reduced
  visibilities at times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while
driving. The latest road conditions can be obtained from the
Department of Transportation web site.

  drop below freezing. The snow may mix with sleet or freezing
  rain at times. Total wet snow accumulations of up to 2 inches
  and ice accumulations of a light glaze are expected.

* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Crawford county. In Ohio, Lorain,
  Cuyahoga, Geauga, Ashtabula Inland, Seneca and Huron counties.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 1 PM EST Thursday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on the possibility of slippery road
