URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

.A BAND OF LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL DEVELOP OVER LAKE ERIE TONIGHT
INTO THURSDAY. THE BAND WILL PUSH INLAND INTO EXTREME NORTHEAST
OHIO AND NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA THURSDAY AFTERNOON. THE SNOW WILL
CONTINUE THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT AND GRADUALLY END FROM THE WEST ON
FRIDAY.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A LAKE
EFFECT SNOW WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY AFTERNOON
THROUGH FRIDAY AFTERNOON.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...A WIDESPREAD 6 TO 8 INCHES WITH LOCALLY UP
  TO A FOOT POSSIBLE.

* SNOW BEGINNING...THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

* PERIOD OF MOST INTENSE SNOW...THURSDAY NIGHT

* IMPACTS...SNOW WILL ACCUMULATE RAPIDLY WHERE LAKE EFFECT SNOW
  BANDS PERSIST. VISIBILITY WILL BE SHARPLY REDUCED AND UNTREATED
  SURFACES WILL QUICKLY BECOME SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY.

A LAKE EFFECT SNOW WATCH MEANS THAT SIGNIFICANT WINTER WEATHER IS
