...BITTERLY COLD AIR AND LAKE EFFECT SNOW IS EXPECTED...

.AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE AREA TONIGHT...BRINGING GUSTY
NORTHWEST WINDS AND FALLING TEMPERATURES. DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS
WILL OCCUR TONIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING ACROSS THE ENTIRE
AREA. LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS WILL QUICKLY DEVELOP TONIGHT AND
CONTINUE THROUGH SATURDAY AS THE COLD AIR MOVES OVER THE WARMER
WATERS OF LAKE ERIE. MOISTURE FROM LAKE HURON COULD ALSO ENHANCE
THE SNOW SHOWERS AND LEAD TO SOME INTENSE BANDS OF SNOW
TONIGHT...ESPECIALLY ACROSS FOR ASHTABULA COUNTY IN OHIO AND
NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA. INTERSTATES 90 AND 79 WILL LIKELY BE
IMPACTED BY SNOW SQUALLS.

* ACCUMULATIONS...WHILE THERE WILL BE A LOT OF VARIABILITY IN
  SNOWFALL AMOUNTS...6 TO 8 INCHES OF SNOW IS EXPECTED TONIGHT
  WHERE THE STRONGER BANDS SET UP. AN ADDITIONAL 3 TO 6 INCHES
  IS POSSIBLE ON SATURDAY. A FEW LOCATIONS COULD SEE A TOTAL OF
  15 INCHES OR MORE OF SNOW BY SATURDAY EVENING.

* TIMING...LAKE EFFECT SNOW BANDS WILL DEVELOP AND BE HEAVY AT
  TIMES TONIGHT. THE SNOW WILL CONTINUE INTO SATURDAY BEFORE
  GRADUALLY DIMINISHING SATURDAY NIGHT.

* WIND CHILL...WIND CHILLS WILL DIP BELOW MINUS10 BY MIDNIGHT AND
  COULD GET AS LOW AS MINUS 20 AT TIMES LATE TONIGHT. DANGEROUS
  WIND CHILLS WILL REMAIN IN THE AREA THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...SNOW COVERED ROADS AND REDUCED VISIBILITY DURING
  HEAVIER SNOW SHOWERS AND SQUALLS. DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS CAN
  RESULT IN FROSTBITE OR HYPOTHERMIA IN MINUTES. FRIGID
  TEMPERATURES COULD FREEZE WATER PIPES.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...LOWS TONIGHT FROM 5 ABOVE TO 5 BELOW WITH HIGHS
  SATURDAY FROM 10 TO 15 DEGREES. LOWS SATURDAY NIGHT COULD BE
