LAKE EFFECT SNOW BY WEDNESDAY EVENING ACROSS THE SNOWBELT OF
NORTHEAST OHIO AND NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA. THE LAKE EFFECT SNOW
WILL SHIFT UP THE LAKE SHORE BY THURSDAY NIGHT.
