* TIMING...LIGHT FREEZING RAIN WILL TRANSITION TO RAIN THROUGH
  THE REMAINDER OF THE MORNING.

* IMPACTS...ICE AND SNOW ACCUMULATIONS MAY CREATE SLIPPERY ROAD
  CONDITIONS.

* WINDS...SOUTH 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH. GUSTS WILL
  INCREASE TO NEAR 50 MPH LATER TODAY.

* TEMPERATURES...TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE TO WARM THROUGH THE
  30S.
