29.40 INCHES IN NORTHERN MINNESOTA WILL MOVE LITTLE. A COLD FRONT
WILL MOVE EAST OF THE LAKE OVERNIGHT. BY THURSDAY THE MINNESOTA
LOW WILL MOVE EAST TO QUEBEC AS A LARGE AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE
30.50 INCHES BUILDS SOUTH ACROSS THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL PLAINS
TO TEXAS. FRIDAY AND SATURDAY THE HIGH WILL BUILD INTO THE LOWER
OHIO VALLEY.
