For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A nearly stationary front positioned along the length
of the lake will drift south tonight as low pressure 29.90 inches
moves northeast across northern Ohio for Wednesday. The low will
fill and a trough will linger across the area Thursday. High
pressure 30.20 inches will build across the east coast and extend
toward Lake Erie for Friday and Saturday. A cold front will stall
near Lake Erie Saturday night with low pressure 29.70 inches
reaching the western lakes Sunday.

.TONIGHT...Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to
25 knots. A slight chance of showers late this evening. Showers
with a chance of thunderstorms after midnight. Waves 1 to 3 feet
building to 3 to 6 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...Northeast winds to 30 knots. Showers with a chance
of thunderstorms through early afternoon...then a chance of
showers late. Waves 5 to 8 feet building to 6 to 9 feet. Waves
occasionally around 11 feet.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Northeast winds to 30 knots diminishing to
15 to 20 knots. A chance of showers and drizzle in the evening.
Waves 5 to 9 feet subsiding to 4 to 7 feet. Waves occasionally
around 11 feet.
.THURSDAY...Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots becoming east 10 to
15 knots. Waves 3 to 6 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 5 to 15 knots becoming south.
Waves 2 feet or less.
.FRIDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 15 knots becoming south. Waves
2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 15 knots becoming south. A
chance of showers Saturday night. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SUNDAY...Southwest winds 15 to 20 knots becoming northwest.
Showers and thunderstorms likely during the day...then a chance
of showers and thunderstorms Sunday night. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
