OUT OF SASKATCHEWAN TONIGHT AND REACH IOWA AND NORTHERN MISSOURI
MONDAY MORNING. THE HIGH WILL EXTEND EAST INTO THE GREAT LAKES AND
OHIO VALLEY REGION. TUESDAY LOW PRESSURE 29.30 INCHES WILL MOVE
SOUTHEAST ACROSS ONTARIO INTO QUEBEC AND DROP ANOTHER ARCTIC COLD
FRONT ACROSS LAKE ERIE TUESDAY NIGHT AND EARLY WEDNESDAY.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY ARCTIC HIGH PRESSURE WILL BEGIN
