For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure of 29.30 inches over Quebec will
depart to the northeast overnight. A surface trough averaging
29.90 inches will swing across the eastern Great Lakes on
Wednesday. High pressure centered in central Canada will build to
30.30 inches as it expands across the Great Lakes Region Thursday
and Friday. The high will slowly move to New England over the
weekend.
