For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
High pressure 30.80 inches across the Mississippi and Ohio Valleys
will drift eastward through the end of the week, weakening to
30.30 inches as it moves off the southeast U.S. coast Sunday.
This high will extend north to Lake Erie.

15 knots.
